Perpetual care · Est. 2019
AshVault keeps cremated remains in secured, climate-stable vaults — held in perpetuity, accessible to those you trust, honored for generations.
Our philosophy
A scattering fades. A mantel is forgotten. We built AshVault for the families who wanted something permanent — a guarded, dignified place where ashes are kept with the same care a life was lived.
Each vault is held under an independent perpetual-care endowment, legally bound to outlast our company, our buildings, and ourselves. What we keep, we keep for good.
Visiting is private and unhurried. Access is governed by you, passed to whom you name, honored without question.
Vaults secured against fire, flood, theft, and time — monitored continuously.
You decide who may visit, who inherits access, and who is remembered alongside.
An independent fund maintains every vault in perpetuity, beyond any single owner.
The vault
Every chamber holds a constant temperature and humidity, shielded from the seasons and the years.
Reinforced, isolated structures rated to withstand a magnitude-7 event without disturbance.
Round-the-clock monitoring, redundant power, and on-site custodians — every hour of every day.
Ownership is recorded, insured, and endowed to remain valid for as long as the vault stands.
Biometric and key-pair entry for named stewards. No remains are moved without recorded consent.
Reflection halls beside each vault — a place to sit, to grieve, and to return whenever you wish.
Ways of keeping
Each keeping includes perpetual care, named access, and an annual remembrance. Hosting fees are held in endowment, never recurring.
A private recess within a shared sanctuary wall.
A dedicated, lockable vault for a family to share.
A private room, designed and kept for a lineage.
How it begins
A private conversation — no pressure, no timeline. We listen first.
Tour our sanctuaries in person or by film, and select the keeping that fits.
We receive the remains with care and record the placement in your presence.
Visit whenever you need. The vault, and our care, remain yours for good.
"To be kept is to be remembered. We hold what is left so that who they were is never let go."— The AshVault charter
